Day 1 HALIFAX
Welcome to Halifax! Your Tour Director is on hand from 3-6pm this afternoon in the lobby to answer any questions.Upon arrival enjoy some time at leisure to relax or explore on your own. Day 2 HALIFAX–HOPEWELL ROCKS–SAINT JOHN
Depart Halifax for Hopewell Rocks located along the shores of the Bay of Fundy, home of the highest tides in the world, which rise and fall up to 52 feet. Visit Fundy National Park before traveling to Saint John for a two-night stay.HOPEWELL-ROCKS-NEW-BRUNSWICK.jpg
Day 3 SAINT JOHN. EXCURSION TO ST. ANDREWS BY-THE-SEA
Travel south and take an orientation tour of the charming seaside resort of St. Andrews-by-the-Sea. Have time to explore the historic downtown with its quaint shops and Market Square or visit Kingsbrae Gardens, named one of Canada’s Top Ten Public Gardens. Or take home a whale of a tale on an optional whale-watching and wildlife cruise! On the return to Saint John, stop at the Saint John River to see Reversing Falls, a natural tidal phenomenon. Before leaving Saint John, visit the quaint and historic Saint John City Market, the oldest farmer’s market in Canada dating back to the 1870’s. Then depart New Brunswick, driving across the 8-mile-long Confederation Bridge, Canada's longest bridge, to Charlottetown, the capital of Prince Edward Island. Tonight is at leisure. Depart Baddeck and return to Halifax. Start the day with a visit to picturesque Peggy’s Cove with its historic lighthouse, the most photographed in Canada. Continue to Lunenberg, one of only two urban communities in North America designated as a UNESCO World Heritage site. Enjoy the colorful streetscapes of this charming harbor town.
